Wine obtained through wine making in red and a peel soaking of about 14 days.
At the sight it shows an intense Rubin red colour which, with the ageing, tends to the garnet red colour.
The perfume is intense and elegant with various and spiced notes. The flavour is warm, full and characterised by a big structure.
Fit for red baked meat, game and seasoned cheese.
